When a customer calls our office for a new installation estimate, sales personnel are contacted immediately to set up an appointment. After all, your time is valuable. It is very important that we meet with you to discuss exactly what it is you expect from your irrigation system. Your Estimator can usually provide you with a design for your irrigation system on site, and will explain how the system will operate and how we plan to install the system. Once the Estimator has been notified of your wish to proceed, he will schedule a "start date" with you. Once the installation is complete, you will be shown the system and instructed in its operations. All University Sprinkler systems are backed by a comprehensive warranty program protecting you against defects in labor and materials. Quality on-time installation and excellent site clean-up are some of the procedures that have enabled University Sprinklers to install over 750 irrigation systems each season.
